EVERYDAY RECIPES: BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Fall is in the air (or in our dreams) and that means football season is here! Which really means time to hover over around the food table during those parties (or is that just me?).
This buffalo chicken dip is a sure fire crowd pleaser. You can even do it in a crock pot if that's your go-to kitchen game.
What You'll Need:
2 (10 oz) cans chunk chicken
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 c. ranch dressing
3/4 c. Frank's Red Hot
1.5 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery
1 bag tortilla chips
Directions:
Heat chicken and hot sauce in skillet over medium heat until heated through, breaking up chunks into small pieces. Stir ranch and cream cheese. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the. shredded cheese. If you're using a crock pot, now is the time to transfer it over. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover and cook on low setting until hot & bubbly. The other option is to put the mixture in a casserole dish of your choice, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and put in a 350 degree oven until cheese has melted on top.
Serve with celery sticks & tortilla chips!
