EVERYDAY: PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES

Why not continue the month of love with another cookie recipe? I mean, it even has the word kiss in it ;) These are a favorite that we've been making in our family for decades. They started as a special treat around the holidays but really they are just perfect for WHENEVER YOU WANT.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 egg 2 T. milk 1tsp. vanilla 1 3/4 cups flour 1tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Hershey Candy Kisses

1 cup sugar (for coating) Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients except Kisses. Make dough into small balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for around 10 minutes but keep an eye on them as to not over cook them (you want the bottoms to be slightly golden when removed from cookie sheet). I'll even pull them out a minute early sometimes and let them finish baking on the pan. This way they stay soft even after cooled. Place candy Kiss in center, while still warm.
