4th of July Grilling Webinar
I recently did a webinar to talk all things 4th of July dinner and obviously that meant I needed the Grill Master himself - Dan! Check out his tips for grilling the PERFECT burger (and it is the perfect burger...I've tasted it many times) as well as easy recipes for summer sides and a fun play on a seasonal dessert that is super tasty! Crisp & Crunchy Cold Cucumber Salad

What You'll Need:
10 mini cucumbers
1 pint petite medley tomatoes
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
3-4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
S&P to taste
Optional: feta cheese, for topping
Mix all ingredients except feta and let marinate in fridge for at least an hour. Pull out before serving and top with crumbled feta. Enjoy!
Off The Cobb Mexican Street Corn

What You'll Need:
3-4 ears corn, grilled (or bag of frozen corn, heated)
1/4 cup red onion, diced small
1-2 tbsp fresh jalepeno, diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp lime juice
3-4 oz Cotija cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp olive oil mayo (or mayo of your choice)
3-4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
S&P to taste
Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream

What You'll Need:
Firm Peaches (enough for your crowd)
Good vanilla ice cream
honey
kosher salt/sea salt
Grill peaches for 3-4 mins to get those pretty grill marks and bring the sugars to the surface. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
Cut corn off the cobb into a large bowl and keep off to the side. Mix all remaining ingredients together until well blended. Add to bowl with corn and mix. Serve warm and enjoy!
